With over two decades of experience within the Fashion Industry, I have proven myself as a leader, entrepreneur, and visionary. my contributions to the industry have given me the recognition as a Hall of Fame Inductee at Kent State University. I have received many accolades among my peers for my energetic handle on global trend analysis, concept building and line development.

My career has spanned all pricing tiers of the apparel market. Brands I have worked on are: Loft, Ellen Tracy, Haute Hippie, Michael Kors Collection, and my own line carried nationally; "tad b." Most recently I have proven myself in yet another enterprise: Mass market design for Kohl’s. Over my tenure with their cornerstone private label brand (Croft & Barrow). I have turned the business from a negative comp, to an incremental growth reaching almost $550M annually.

Most recently, the collection I worked on is at a 7%comp increase for 2017. Even though I managed a healthy business, after 7 years in the mid-west, I decided to make a personal lifestyle choice and move to California. I'm excited to bring my talent to the West Coast or wherever a new, exciting opportunity exists.

“tad b” focused on my true passion: sweater dressing with my signature sparkle and superior fit. My goal for "tad b" is to design so women of all shapes, ages and ethnicities feel beautiful and celebrated whenever she leave the house. Fashion has the unique ability to affect the way a woman feels about herself. The fact that one of my garments can literally touch the community beyond just the customer is a very humbling and gratifying experience for me! I am so lucky that I get to do what I love every day– what I knew I was meant to do from the age of 6 years old!
